 The town of Burgess Hill lies halfway between Brighton
and Gatwick with Jacobs Post
being
situated just off the town centre before the pedestrianised
zone. Fully refurbished and de-branded from a Hogshead in
September 2006, this friendly, safe, destination bar is where people
meet up to enjoy a quiet drink or watch live Sport. Over
lunchtime, we welcome office workers, shoppers and the like who drop
in for their lunch or a relaxing drink with friends or
colleagues. In the evening we attract all age groups
from 18 - 80 years old. Saturday nights are
particularly busy with a full bar and people queuing to get in!
We are mostly about coming out for a quiet drink as the
nearest clubs are a good taxi ride away. We have a modern feel
with leather seating areas, high and low tables and a neutral colour
scheme. We are open plan although staggered on three different levels
with a few steps between each level. All in all this is a friendly venue
offering good value for money pub food with a great home cooked Sunday
