Our passion is chargrilling, because we're passionate about food. We only use the finest cuts of steak from traditionally reared cattle fed predominantly on grass to ensure exceptional flavour and tenderness. Our steaks are expertly prepared by a British family run firm of butchers and matured for a minimum of 28 days before being seared on the chargrill for that special Beefeater taste! Today on our menu you'll also find succulent chicken, fish and lamb grills as well as fabulous salads.

The Crossbush is a large, distinguished destination pub and food house situated on the A27 main Portsmouth to Brighton Road, just east of Arundel which is about a mile away. This listed building has big old sash floor to ceiling type windows which afford a very light and airy feel. The pub was refurbished in May 2006 to a high standard and has booth seating and a contemporary look. Crossbush has genuinely friendly staff and an excellent chef's team led by a very good kitchen manager. This ideal family friendly venue has almost 150 covers in the restaurant and outside there is plenty of outdoor seating with a decking area and pub benches. Despite the main road, the location is rural with lovely views from the back of the building outside looking over the fields. The adjoining Premier Inn offers a great place to stop off for the night and our location means we are within easy reach of Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton. Closer to home Arundel is famous for its historic abbey and castle. Other amenities include riverside walks and the seaside which is only ten minutes away.
