drink and delicious meal. Food is served from a main menu, freshly
prepared and cooked to order. Our most popular dish is beef fillet
medallions and has to be tasted...! There is an excellent choice of
wines to accompany your meal or several real ales if you prefer. We
hold Cask Marque accreditation which means your ale is served to the highest
standard. The clientele here cover the complete age spectrum and you

Ye Olde Talbot
Hotel is an ideal choice for accommodation, whether you are travelling for
business or pleasure. A 13th Century coaching inn with traditional
character, modern and friendly service and hospitality.
For business travellers, why stay in an ordinary, minimal hotel or lodge
with no atmosphere? We offer the choice of 29 relaxing ensuite bedrooms,
recently refurbished. Rooms are equipped with Colour TV, CD/DVD player
(films available to hire), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, tea and
coffee facilities.
Ye Olde Talbot Hotel is also your ideal resting place. Once you have arrived
you will not need your car, as everything is within a pleasant walking
distance. We have already mentioned the adjacent access to The Cathedral,
along the world famous Worcester Porcelain and the wonderful River Severn.
Our traditional old oak beamed Bar has an extensive wine menu and cask ales,
for which we have the Cask Marquee of Excellence. A very relaxing pub, with
huge sofas to relax back or the open fire to sit around on those chilly
evenings! There is a small conference room available for meetings. With easy
access from the M5, junction 6 or 7, just follow the signs for the City
Centre, we are adjacent to The Cathedral. NCP secure parking is available at
the rear of our hotel. Foregate
Street Station is 5 minutes walk through the pedestrian town. Shrub Hill
Station is only 5 minutes by taxi.
