FOOD	Good Pub Food all cooked to order, served from main menu with selection of homemade dishes. Extensive Range of award winning Wines. Tea & Full Range of Speciality Coffees.
MEAL TIMES	Monday - Saturday 10am - 9pm. Sunday 11am - 9pm. Please note from 2nd January 2008 food service times will be from 12noon every day.


TABLE SERVICE	Full table service is available throughout the pub, all day every day.
SUNDAY ROAST	Homemade Sunday Lunch is served alongside the main menu, with fresh vegetables and choice of usually 2 roasts and traditional accompaniments. Vegetarian option also available.

Formerly known as RSVP, we were fully refurbished to a high standard and re-opened as a contemporary style Slug and Lettuce venue in July 2007. Part of the building is listed with historic church features such as an alter and pulpit still in the actual pub itself. The rest of the pub has a neutral colour scheme with creams and browns on the walls. There is a mixture of relaxed seating, high drinking tables and dining areas. We offer full table service throughout the pub for drinkers and diners. It is all open plan with a large mezzanine floor area, with all or part of it available for hire out to cater for parties. Popular throughout the day with shoppers, office workers and visitors to the area, we served cooked to order food from a varied menu until 9pm with a good selection of homemade dishes available. In the evening we are more of a circuit venue, with a relaxed, non-rowdy atmosphere. Why not come along any time of the day to enjoy a drink, a bite to eat or some fun, DJ led entertainment at the weekend.
