 The Queens Head
is a friendly, attractive pub to be found in the heart of the beautiful Worcestershire
village of Wolverley. This former Coaching Inn just outside Kidderminster
dates back to the 17th Century and has an olde worlde atmosphere with beamed
ceilings and stone flooring in the bar.
The pub has been
fully refurbished following the Summer 2007 floods along with the garden to the
rear. Take a gentle stroll round the beautiful walks, visit the
rock caves and then visit us for a warm welcome and a quality meal. Food
is served freshly prepared from locally sourced ingredients wherever possible
and our Sunday roast is a particular favourite. You may complement your
meal with a fine wine or a tasty real ale served to perfection if preferred.
We have entertainment of live music, including
acoustic, Blues and
Rock, along with weekly quizzes,
darts, pool and the major matches shown on the large screen. Our games
room is a favourite with families. Come along soon and check out the
