 The Castle is located in the small historic spa town of Droitwich. The building was built in the 1800s and is an unusual shape with a small turret, hence the name. We re-opened following a refurbishment in Summer 2011 and are now part of the Flaming Grill group. Good Pub Food served from the Flaming Grill menu with a range of sizzling pub dishes. Food is a popular choice, especially with the side choice available. Put this together with a real ale of Cask Marque approved status and you have a meal worth remembering! We change the guest ale each time the barrel is empty! With beautiful decor inside and a garden with furniture and parasols for the summer months, this is a very pleasant venue to visit. Our clientele has a good regular base of locals who treat us as their second home and many tourists find us on their travels. The atmosphere is relaxed, sociable and friendly. Just the place to come and watch a match on the plasma screen. The "well-behaved" rugby crowd will give you a warm welcome, as will the helpful team of staff here. See you soon. |
