Oldswinford ImageThe Oldswinford is an outstanding pub in this part of the Midlands.  As well as your normal good quality beers, there is a range of well kept handpulled ales. The pub is an imposing Georgian building with a modern conservatory. It was previously a doctor's house before its conversion to a pub. The Oldswinford replaced The Crabmill which stood in its place which was demolished in 1970 when this grand building was converted into a new Crabmill. The pub's name was changed to The Oldswinford Lodge in the early 1990's before it was renamed The Oldswinford in 1997.  It is a pub where you can unwind with a drink or enjoy a meal in a relaxed setting.  With a wide range of events and live music staged throughout the year, this pub attracts and appeals to all age groups.  The bar and lounge are very plush, well lit and offer an inviting place to eat and drink.  The wide variety of antiques and curios only helps the friendly atmosphere.  We have a cosy, heavily timbered snug which is small and intimate and features a traditional wooden fireplace.  Throughout the pub there is a large collection of whiskey memorabilia including an old plan of the Cragganmore Distillery and framed collections of old and unusual whiskey labels.  The pub also has many old photographs of local scenes and buildings.  Everyone who visits us will receive a warm welcome and can sample some superior beers, real ales and meals.
