At this Fayre & Square pub we are the perfect place for any occasion with great quality food available from an extensive menu and children's menu offering choice for the whole family.  Just three miles outside Wolverhampton towards Cannock in a residential suburb is the New Pear Tree. Built around 100 years ago, we were virtually rebuilt in October 2008 following a fire. In 2012 we had a complete refurbishment and were re-branded to a Fayre & Square dining pub. We have a modern, stylish look offering visitors a fantastic new generation venue. Our decor is modern, with slate flooring around the bar, a plasma fire and luxurious leather sofas also in the bar area, leading out to a decked area with heaters. The lovely beer garden can also be enjoyed in the warmer months. There are two function rooms, ideal for meetings or private parties. One is suitable for up to 60 people for a private party. Full conference facilities are available and buffets or sit down meals can be provided. You can come here to enjoy quality food and drink, all brought to you by efficient and friendly staff. Diners come here in their droves for the very special Fayre & Square Two for £10 menu. Why not visit us for a good meal and pint. All are given a warm welcome at the New Pear Tree. |
