The Drum & Monkey
is to be found in the semi rural village
of Dorridge, close to Solihull Equestrian Centre. In the days when
there was a railway station here, the original building which dated back to
1860 was known as the White Lion Inn. The present name was
brought about in 1910. Today we are known locally as an excellent
destination dining venue, specialising in fresh fish with a large menu
of other tasty, tempting dishes. There is an extensive range of
fine wines and quality real ales to complement your meal. Inside
you will find open fires for winter warmth, corners to enjoy a
private meal and candles on the tables. If you are holding a
private celebration we have a conservatory which you can pre-book for
about 40 people. Come and try this Chef & Brewer soon. You will not be
disappointed.
