 The Bank is to be found next door to Wolverhampton's
Art Gallery and Museum on the main drag. As the name implies this Grade
II listed building was originally a bank and from the outside has very pleasing
olde worlde features. Inside, although retaining a traditional look,
it
has a contemporary feel as well. Split over two levels, there are comfortable seating areas with lounge
seating and low tables as well as stool seating and standard tables.
It is a quiet relaxing venue throughout the day, a great place to
come and enjoy a drink alone or with friends or have a meal. Good food is
available from a main menu with a selection of favourites at reduced
prices. We attract many shoppers, visitors and office workers. Weekends
are rather more lively as, being the only R’n’B venue in town, the DJ attracts a mixed
crowd, many from the younger end of the market. Come and join us soon.
