NEW RESTAURANT	We opened our Fine Dining restaurant in March 2005. It is a warm & comfortable venue with flexible seating to cater for small or larger groups.

FOOD	Extensive range of Pub Food of a high standard is served in the bar area from main & snack menus, including homemade choices such as our soup. Fine Dining available from a choice of Simple, Silver & Gold menus, which offer seasonal and varied dishes available in the new Restaurant. Good Range of Fine Wines, Tea & Coffee.

FUNCTIONS	We can cater for private functions in the lounge area or ground floor with a capacity for 200 people or other separate room with capacity for 100 people. Please phone to discuss your requirements.

Alchemy at the Chough is situated in the market square of the well known town of Salisbury, which has many ancient historical connection. The building dates back to the 1300's when it was an old coaching house. It has retained many traditional features but today caters for a wide range of clientele. A lot of tourists, shoppers, business people and regulars come here for to enjoy some of our great pub food, for a quiet drink or a lively night out. This is where business meets artisan meets creative types, we are aiming for the right ingredients and the right mix for a great night out, sort of medieval meets modern. With different areas to suit your mood, there is the lazy lounge with sofas and comfortable seating, a more lively lounge which is more lively and a separate room which caters for a bit of everything. Good quality pub food is available daily from a main menu and we have recently opened a new upstairs restaurant, which offers fine dining in a warm, comfortable environment. The feel of the place is like an old mansion with old wooden oak beams and listed windows, but is quite unpretentious & relaxing. We have ample room to cater for private functions with a choice of 3 areas, the largest of which can hold up to 200 people and we are happy to your individual needs with regards to space, catering and entertainment.
