 The
Bull & Anchor is a small quaint cottage-like pub with a
traditional look on the outside but more modern inside. With a full
refurbishment in April 2007, the pub is a modern bar with up-to-date
facilities. With the refurbishment we changed our concept from a
Hungry Horse to a Giant Plate food house. The smart new look
includes new furnishings with relaxed seating. The games area has
a pool table and darts board and TV's can been seen from almost anywhere
in the bar. Food is available from the Giant Plate menu, which
offers a wide range of great pub food with something for everyone. There are also a good
selection of drinks to complement
your meal and quality pints are found at the bar. We are
"the" village pub and the centre of the community. With a
trouble free and female friendly atmosphere locals and customers from far
and wide come to try our superb facilities. Our disabled customers are
very welcome with the pub having good access and facilities. Come
