WHAT'S NEW & FORTHCOMING

In Summer 2011 we introduced an exciting new Buffet to our food offering. As well as the extensive main menu served every day we also have an evening fresh & reasonably priced buffet available to all. There are also themed buffet nights throughout the week. The Turnpike is situated on a business park just off the A1 at Knottingley, south of the A1 / M62 interchange. We had a refurbishment in our restaurant in 2010. Having had a time shopping you will find us the ideal spot for a meal! There is plenty to occupy the youngsters at the nearby Castleford's Xscape which is the the ultimate entertainment destination, offering a unique combination of extreme Sport and leisure activities for all ages. Due to our location this Brewers Fayre welcomes many families coming to dine with us and also business people residing at the Premier Inn. Pontefract Castle is another place of interest just up the road. The pub is decorated in bright colours and has beamed ceilings and contemporary furniture and fittings. There are windows overlooking the indoor Fun Factory as well as five CCTV cameras to view the children from the restaurant. We try to provide a quieter place for adults to dine as well as the family dining area. Quality Brewers Fayre food is served at a reasonable price from an extensive menu and the children's menu has appetizing choices for our younger visitors.
