This nice warm friendly village pub is in the heart of Darrington village, just off the A1. A good cross section of the community use Spread Eagle, making it a very lively pub during the evenings.  The pub was recently taken over by Alan and Sue who aim to keep it as a good locals pub but improve its reputation for quality food.  Fine wines and good beers are always available.
