Situated off Junction 25 or 28 of the M62,
The Ship
Inn is a family pub decorated to a high standard . The pub
boasts a large restaurant with 12 Freeview TV booths so that you and your
family can watch what you want. The decor is stylish and modern giving a
warm welcome. Food is served all day and includes the well known Hungry
Horse Big Plate Specials which include a massive 20oz rump steak and a huge
breakfast plate. Our Dessert menu has one of the largest desserts available.
Children are never bored and can choose from a huge selection of dishes with
discounted desserts when purchased with selected meals. The Pub always has
cask ales on offer as well as a wide variety of fine wines and fair trade
coffee's. The indoor kids play area has over 72 activities including frames,
slides, tubes, and soft play bricks. Our beer garden is fantastic with it's large kids climbing frame, 40
outdoor seats and an outside pool table. We also have a brick build BBQ and
outside Kiosk which serves cold drinks, sweets and ice creams so that you
can sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The Ship Inn is
situated in the heart of fields and lakes where you can enjoy lovely long
walks along side the river. You really could not find a more welcoming and
homely family pub.
