 The
Roundhay re-opened in Summer 2009 after being fully refurbished inside
and out to become a Hungry Horse venue. Located in Oakwood, north
of the city of Leeds, its proximity to Roundhay Park and Tropical World
means we see many
people who have enjoyed a day out there and fancy a bite to eat or drink
to complete the day. Inside is very open plan, decorated in warm
colours with a cosy feel about the place. There are also more
private snug areas to enjoy a conversation. We cater for families
with our great value menu and children's menu. TV's in booths help
to keep the kids amused whilst the adults chat. There is a pool
table and a couple of large screens for our regular locals to have a
friendly game over a pint or view the match of the moment. We also
host various events when we become very busy and a real buzz is created
about the place. During the summer months our patio area is ideal
for chilling out. Children are most welcome until 9pm and after this
time at weekends we are popular with drinkers. Come and see the
changes when you are next in the area. |
