Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed
predominantly on grass to ensure
exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Our steaks are expertly prepared by
a British family run firm of
butchers and matured for a minimum
of 28 days before being seared on
the chargrill for that special
taste! Today on our menu you'll also find succulent chicken, fish and
lamb grills as well as fabulous salads.

The Old
George we offer a welcoming, friendly family pub restaurant.
Fully refurbished in May 2007, we have a bright, fresh feel. In
the separate restaurant, alongside freestanding tables and chairs, there
are 3 leather booths which offer more intimate dining, whilst the bar
area has relaxed seating such as sofas and leather bucket seats. Serving value for money, wholesome food prepared by our chefs to the highest
standards. Meals are served every day
from various extensive menus with waitress service available in the
restaurant. The pub caters for children with their own menu and
facilities such as high chairs. We are conveniently located just outside Leeds on
the main Selby road in a village of Garforth.
For high standards of service, food and drink the Old George is the place for you.
