 The Potter’s Wheel is located on the A692 as it climbs out of Gateshead into
the countryside at the village of Sunniside, this is a local and much more.
With a Large Beer garden & ample parking we are an ideal spot to visit
all year round.
Conveniently close to Tanfield Railway and Beemish living Museum we are
an ideal stop off point at the end of your day and welcome all the
family! Inside, the main room is divided into several
distinctive areas, and even at “quiet times” it’s busy. Decorated in a
traditional style with a separate dining room we are known as a friendly
