This imposing building was
formerly the marine college, situated in the centre of South Shields.
Kirkpatricks caters for a very wide range of clientele which changes
throughout the day. During lunchtimes we cater for shoppers and
business people, with food served throughout this period. Night trade
is totally different. Being a town centre pub we have a
broad customer base, from 18 to 35 and are part of the town
circuit. We are ideally located for club goers with numerous
nightclubs surrounding us. We are a very lively exciting pre-club
venue. With a DJ playing all sorts of music
3 nights a week. On these nights
we employ door staff to ensure maximum security. We are known as one
of the safest places in South Shields and are therefore very women
friendly.
