 The
Duke of Wellington is a John Barras style pub located in
Kenton. This relaxed female friendly venue attracts all sorts of people
from the very young to the very old. There is a good base of regular
locals along with business workers and families. Popular for food, this is
chosen from a main menu and the Sunday roast comes highly recommended.
Many customers take advantage of our week day offers as the food is so
reasonable and good they would prefer to eat here than cook themselves!
This is the best Sports pub in the area with various screens showing
all major matches. We have a separate room for the over 18 year olds with
a bar accommodating the pool tables. There is also a large lounge where
children are welcome until early evening under supervision. We hold
regular entertainment using a state of the art system so come along soon to try
out something a little different. The Duke of Wellington has a very
popular, well appointed function room which is available for almost any
occasion, including major events such as Diamond Wedding anniversaries!
