 Situated in a residential area of Sheffield, in the market place of
Chapeltown, we are an over 18s pub that is popular with locals during the week and customers
travelling from Rotherham and Barnsley at the weekends.
The Waggon, formerly known as Scandals,
underwent a refurbishment in 2007.
Now open plan with a dance floor, we have had new paintwork, lighting,
flooring and furniture including lounge seating, sofas etc. The
place is
more modern, lighter and brighter! Known as a circuit pub at the weekends attracting a mixed age
group from 18 to 50 year olds. We have a trouble free atmosphere
which makes us an ideal venue for anyone wanting to watch a good game on
our plasma screens, situated throughout the pub. We have a
particularly good following for football matches between local
teams. With the best sports facilities in the area and a good
range of drinks, this is an excellent choice for a great nights
entertainment.
