Phoenix pub Glasgow, StrathclydeThe Phoenix is located next to Queens Street railway station in the centre of Glasgow.  This two storey building has been changed many times.  Once it was a bank and then a Costa coffee shop with bar above and later the bar took over the whole building.  The Phoenix sign outside is the one used in the Harry Potter books although that is where the connection ends.  Many people come to eat here and choose food from a traditional menu and specials board.  There is an extensive range of wines to complement your meal or a fine selection of real ales and other drinks at the bar, if you prefer.  We hold Cask Marque status which ensures your real ale is served to the highest standard.  There is always a relaxed atmosphere which becomes lively at weekends with all the regular locals.  If you are looking for a venue to hold a private party we have an excellent function room available for up to 120 people. This is a pub with atmosphere, not smoke!!  Come and try us soon.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
