in 1999 and part of the Hungry Horse group, The
Parched Poet is a high class food orientated pub suitable for
all ages. Originally set up as a restaurant rather than a pub we are
gradually offering our customers more pub hospitality. Our food and
drink can be enjoyed in friendly and comfortable surroundings with a very
good atmosphere found here at all times. Decorated to the Hungry
Horse style we boast much character which helps to create a guaranteed
pleasant time. We are ideally situated on the edge of a Retail Park, opposite
