Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed
predominantly on grass to ensure
exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Our steaks are expertly prepared by
a British family run firm of
butchers and matured for a minimum
of 28 days before being seared on
the chargrill for that special
Beefeater taste! Today on our menu
you'll also find succulent chicken,
fish and lamb grills as well as

 The Dovecote is a busy community pub located
off the A80 in Cumbernauld, a residential
area. Refurbished in March 2007 to a high standard, we now have
leather booth seating in our restaurant, to allow for more intimate
dining, alongside free standing tables and chairs. This is not a typical Beefeater as we are more known for the bar than
our restaurant. We hold a weekly quiz night which is very well attended. This is an award winning pub
where food is served in the restaurant
and bar from various extensive menus. We cater for all tastes and
there is always a friendly atmosphere. Alongside the Beefeater
stands a Premier Travel Inn with comfortable accommodation for people
visiting the area. We offer a hearty breakfast everyday to both
residents and non residents. Why not call in next time you
