Photo Coming Soon Located in the small village of Thames Ditton, Ye Olde Swan is not far from the A3 with the M25 close by.  It is a 5 minute walk to the train station which will take you to Waterloo in just 20 minutes.  An attractive Grade I listed building, this 13th Century Inn is beside the Thames, just across the river from Hampton Court Palace.  Henry VIII was a frequent visitor here and the seal of approval for the inn from him is displayed in the British Museum.  A popular destination in the summer, we have our own 80 foot jetty where you can moor your boat free of charge.  The building is black & white on the outside, but inside we have managed a mixture of traditional and contemporary, still retaining the original feel of the place with 3 open fires lit during the winter.  Eating in our separate restaurant area is a treat with homemade food served from our own A La Carte menu, or customers can try the bar food and snack menu if preferred.  Our large patio area is built on the river so you can enjoy tranquillity whilst dining or having a quiet drink.  If you are looking for a location for your wedding reception, birthday party, christening party or any other event we have two function rooms one of which can hold up to 80 people, the other up to 50.  We welcome large or small functions.  With our trouble free, female friendly atmosphere and cheerful staff, everyone looks forward to seeing you soon.
