Combined with care and freshly cooked for you, our dishes deliver the best of traditional pub food and more. We offer a range of great value menus throughout the week, so you can be assured that great quality Chef & Brewer food does not cost the earth.
Our mouth-watering new Autumn Winter menu offers a range of your favourite Chef & Brewer dishes. We also have a great selection of new dishes - so whether it's a platter to share with friends, a delicious starter or a classic main course, we have something to suit everyone! Try our new range of delicious platters, including our impressive Chef & Brewer platter or perhaps choose one of the Chef & Brewer favourites, including the Winter Pie Platter and scallops and black pudding. If you fancy something extra special, take a look at our chalkboards for our great selection of chef’s Specials.
| BOOKINGS | We take bookings for parties of 10 or more (must be 10 or more), during food service times. On Sundays bookings for large parties are only available at 12noon or 12.30pm and after 6pm, during any other time on Sunday’s it is the usual - come along and help yourself to a table. Pre-orders for large parties are welcome and encouraged. Hotel residents can make a table reservation for any number and for any time. |

 This elegant pub with accommodation is set in a picturesque lakeside location. Situated in the village, The Wheatsheaf is on Crown Estates land within the borders of Windsor Great Park and on the edge of Virginia Water Lake. Wentworth International Golf Course is opposite and we are close to the Sunningdale golf course where plenty of women's tournaments are held. Easily accessible by car we are five minutes from Junction 13 of the M25 and 10 to 15 minutes from the M3. Depending on the traffic, Heathrow is only 15 minutes away and we are about 30 minutes from London. If going to the races or visiting the area, the Wheatsheaf is the perfect choice being close to Ascot, Thorpe Park and Windsor. The majority of our custom is for the pubs quality traditional pub food. This is served every day from the renowned Chef & Brewer extensive menu. We employ Chefs who pride themselves in their work, preparing meals from fresh ingredients and all dishes are cooked to order. As well as the usual wide ranging selection which caters for everyone, there are a number of Specials unique to the Wheatsheaf. These include fresh fish dishes. During the winter you can enjoy your meal by the open fires and in the summer many prefer to move outside for some al fresco dining. We are popular for meetings and private functions with the pub having two superb suites. There is also popular high quality, comfortable accommodation to make your stay in this area the best it can possibly be. Our warm welcoming atmosphere is second to none with an open invitation to customers old and new. |
