Combined with care and freshly cooked for you, our dishes deliver the best of traditional pub food and more. We offer a range of great value menus throughout the week, so you can be assured that great quality Chef & Brewer food does not cost the earth.
Our mouth-watering new Autumn Winter menu offers a range of your favourite Chef & Brewer dishes. We also have a great selection of new dishes - so whether it's a platter to share with friends, a delicious starter or a classic main course, we have something to suit everyone! Try our new range of delicious platters, including our impressive Chef & Brewer platter or perhaps choose one of the Chef & Brewer favourites, including the Winter Pie Platter and scallops and black pudding.  The Watermill is a 1930's venue located on the outskirts of Dorking on the A25. It is four minutes away from houses in one direction and the open countryside in the other. Our best feature is probably the stunning views of Box Hill, best seen from the patio area. Designed to the usual Chef & Brewer style with hops, blackboard menus and candlelit dining this is a great place to come and enjoy a private meal or eat al fresco during the summer months, taking in the view. We employ high quality Chefs who have superb kitchen facilities. The food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to show their flair! You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order. To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines or real ales if preferred.
