Chef & BrewerShipley Bridge is situated in the village of Burstow, just outside Horley.  Dating back to 1911 this is your classic Chef & Brewer establishment with intimate corners for private, candlelit dining and real open fires for winter warmth and comfort.  Being predominantly a diners venue, much effort goes into the food selection, especially the specials and our service is second to non.  We now operate a greet & seat system and full table service, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.  All our dishes are produced in house with something different every day.  There is an excellent selection of wines to accompany the meal or a real ale of the highest quality if preferred.  Over the last two years we have served over 120 different guest ales!  The large patio provides extra space for al fresco dining during the summer months and we can separate off an area of the restaurant for private parties of up to 70 people.  Make this your destination soon to enjoy a memorable occasion.
