Rose & Crown PhotoThe Rose & Crown is to be found in the village of Thorpe, close to Thorpe Park Water Skiing, known for hosting the competitions on Virginia Water.  Historically, the original building dates back to 1460.  With gardens to the front and back we overlook a big Green - very rural.  We are known for being a popular destination food house but we also have local clientele who pop in for a quiet drink with friends or family.  The food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to show their flair!  You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order.  To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines or a good selection of real ales if preferred.  This is a very friendly, welcoming place so do come along soon and sample some delicious Fayre, a quality pint and maybe some light entertainment, if you pick the right night.  We always welcome new faces.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
