 The Maverick
is a modern community pub situated
on an industrial estate, about ten minutes from Chessington World of
Adventures. The venue is spacious with one bar area, a couple of
sofas to relax and the rest being wooden seating. This is a
trouble free, female friendly venue which is popular with the local
business people who come to enjoy lunch or a relaxing drink with
colleagues. For our Sport enthusiasts there are a couple of plasma
screens and smaller TV screens to watch the match of the moment from
wherever you happen to be in the bar. This is also a good place to
play pool or darts and there are teams to show your prowess!
During the evening we attract mainly local regulars but this is a very
popular place to be at weekends when we hold a variety of entertainment
such as karaoke and live music. If you are new to the area, come
and meet the clientele at this sociable pub.
