 The
Greyhound Hungry Horse is situated at
the end of Gatwick Runway, yet within the rural village of Charlwood. Handy for the airport and local hotels,
many hoteliers operate
a free bus service stopping just outside our door. Charlwood village
is well know for being the home of the famous motorbike rider Barry Sheen.
Since undergoing a refurbishment in 2007, The Greyhound offers diners a very
welcoming and pleasant atmosphere to enjoy good quality pub food. Our
legendary Hungry Horse menu has an extensive choice of the best dishes and
with a separate menu alongside for the children we are the ideal location
for a family meal out. Popular all year round, but most especially during
the peak travel season, our friendly local
team are always here to offer high standards of food, drink and service.
As we mainly cater for diners, both the restaurant and bar are laid out for
serving food, however passers by are always very welcome to just come in for
a cup of coffee or to try a refreshing ale. We look forward to seeing
