 On part
of the one-way
system known as the Ibiza Strip, Bar Med
is to be found in Guildford's busiest street. This venue
has a contemporary style with a fresh clean look and new furniture
installed following the smoking ban in July, 2007. There are leather booths
alongside traditional seating, chrome and black leather. During the
day good food is served from a main menu, with special offers on many
favourites. Ours is a
fantastic evening bar and late night venue, with a lively, clubby
atmosphere. Trouble free and female friendly, doormen are on every night we
have entertainment - which is most nights - to keep it that way. There is DJ led
music at
weekends with occasional live entertainment and a karaoke night during the week.
For the Sport enthusiasts all major matches are shown here on the many screens in both the upstairs and downstairs bars.
