We have two conference suites, The Lakeside and The
Wentworth, both of which are available for hire at £150.00 per full day
or £100.00 per half day, plus extras. Otherwise, a Day Delegate Rate is
available for a minimum of 8 delegates, at £35.00 per person or a 24hour
rate of £135.00 including accommodation.
The Lakeside Suite has proven to be very popular with our
regular clients. They have particularly enjoyed the canopied patio area
outside the suite (weather permitting), which has been used for lunch,
team games and as a syndicate area. The Lakeside Suite itself now has
full air-conditioning, a built in bar area (if required) and all of the
latest equipment for presentations. Toilet facilities are in an
adjoining area close by and the entrance to Virginia Water Park (open to
the public) is within walking distance for use during any free time.
This spacious suite is particularly light and airy, excellent for team
meetings, customer presentations, receptions and private lunches or
dinners. Comfortable maximum numbers are 55 (seated) and 80 for a
stand-up buffet.
The Wentworth Suite is situated on the first floor of our
hotel. It is set out in a Boardroom style and takes up to 15 people,
although the layout of the room can be changed for syndicate use if
preferred. This room is absolutely perfect for small, private meetings
or sales presentations and is often used as a formal dining room during
the evening. To avoid any interruption, we have conveniently provided
beverage-making facilities inside the room, along with a fax machine,
ISDN line, telephone and an array of up-to-date audio-visual equipment.
As per the Lakeside Suite, the Wentworth Suite is fully
air-conditioned.

CONFERENCE RATES
OVERNIGHT RATE
Rate is £135.00 per person to include overnight accommodation,
room hire, basic equipment, tea and coffee and a buffet lunch.
Overnight rate including all of the above plus evening meal £155.00
per person.
DAY DELEGATE RATE
Rate is £35.00 per person to include room hire, equipment as
indicated, buffet lunch, tea and coffee. (This option is only available
for a minimum of 8 delegates.)
If
preferred, we could charge our set rate for room hire and then for each
individual item of equipment. This rate however does not include tea,
coffee or lunch and these would be charged as taken. Please see our

The Wentworth Suite boardroom can be used for up to 14 delegates and
the Lakeside Room for 15 to 55 delegates, depending on the style
of layout required, i.e. Boardroom, U-shape, Classroom, etc.
Our cancellation policy is five working days before the date of a
confirmed function. Cancellation after this period may result in a
charge being incurred.
