Situated
on the corner of Ransome's Business Park, The
Thrasher is one of the most popular pubs in Suffolk. We
reopened in May 2008 following a full refurbishment, with a fantastic
look, offering a new and exciting
venue to eat and drink!! A colour scheme of deep
burgundies, browns, mustards and dark blues blend together to give a
great stylish look. Various seating options throughout include
leather sofas to relax and enjoy a drink alone or with friends.
There is some booth seating in the restaurant, some of which have LCD TV
screens. We are renowned for our quality standards of food, drink
and service with every customer having a great time. Like all
Hungry Horse pubs we are the best place to eat with friends and family
in the area. We are a proper destination food house with 98% of
our trade being from customers travelling by car. Extensive menus
have something to offer everyone with meals to
suit different ages and tastes. The pub has a locals bar which
attracts customers looking for a quality pint. Families are welcome with a very good play facility
at one end of the pub. There is also a superb, large beer garden, an
ideal place on warm days to enjoy a quiet pint! Our hard working staff will
ensure you have a pleasant time and the Hungry Horse experience will be
