Everyone is made to feel
welcome at the Rushbrooke Arms.
A traditional building with a thatched roof we are ideally situated one
mile
from Bury St Edmunds on the A134 road to Sudbury. We are popular for food
which is served daily in our bar or restaurant from a varied main menu
offering a wide choice of old and modern favourites along with light
bites at lunchtime. There is also plenty of
additional choices from the homemade
specials board such as mouth-watering handmade pies with beef & ale,
chicken & leek or salmon & broccoli fillings. Our traditional
Sunday Carvery is served with a choice of two meats as well as fresh
vegetables and delicious Yorkshire puddings. Indoor dining was
extended in 2007, following a refurbishment and removal of the indoor
ball pool, which has allowed for 250 covers in the restaurant. In the warmer weather the adults can relax and soak up the sun
in the beer garden while the kids play in the outdoor play area. There is wheelchair access into the pub, with a
disabled toilet and baby changing facility to ensure everyone can visit us
here. You can enjoy a drink from our extensive bar and a range of
wines is on offer to complement your meal with speciality coffees to
finish. Large parties can be catered for but we do
prefer large groups to give us notice to avoid delays. With a
friendly trouble free atmosphere the Rushbrooke Arms is a popular choice where
the helpful staff look forward to seeing you
soon.
