very attractive olde worlde pub is situated in Claydon village on the edge
of Ipswich. With a traditional interior The
Crown has retained its oak beams to create a warm and cosy
atmosphere. Our restaurant, which is suitable for up to 80 people,
is particularly popular at the weekends with customers drawn from long
distances just to dine here. The Hungry Horse food is the special
attraction of this pub. Food is served by helpful and friendly staff
from this extensive menu with something to appeal to everyone of all
ages. Because the
bar and restaurant are on different levels this gives some privacy to our
