 The
Bird in Hand at Beck Row was built in 1934 and is located next door to an
American Airbase. Refurbished in March 2004 the venue is split into
sections with a restaurant, bar area and pool room. We have a good
base of local regulars and passing trade. People
are attracted by the good atmosphere and hospitality offered by well
trained, conscientious staff. Food is served from a varied main menu
and our food offers are particularly popular. We even provide takeaway
meals! This is a trouble free, female friendly pub where everyone,
including families, feel welcome. The accommodation is up to date with
modern facilities. Rooms have been refurbished from 2004 onwards. This is a pub with something to
offer all from real ales to fantastic choice of food and
