In Summer 2011 we introduced an exciting new Buffet to our food offering. As well as the extensive main menu served every day we also have an evening fresh & reasonably priced buffet available to all. There are also themed buffet nights throughout the week. We had a refurbishment in the restaurant in Summer 2010 & our Premier Inn Hotel was refurbished in February 2011. Come along and see the changes for yourself.

Redhill pub Stafford The Redhill Brewers Fayre is situated just off a residential area, on the outskirts of Stafford. This makes us the ideal place to pop in for a drink or meal while visiting one of the many attractions around us such as Drayton Manor Theme Park, Alton Towers and the Monkey Village which the children love. We had a refurbishment in the restaurant in Summer 2010 & our Premier Inn Hotel was refurbished in February 2011. This is a large pub and can cater for up to 300 diners. We also offer al fresco dining for up to 15 people. Quality Brewers Fayre food is served at a reasonable price from an extensive menu and the children's menu has appetizing choices for our younger visitors. We attract a mixture of age groups, families at weekends and during the week business people come from the Premier Inn for breakfast or an evening meal. Our Fun Factory, a purpose built indoor play facility, is a real hit with families in the area. The pub is decorated to the typical Brewers Fayre colour scheme, the terracotta and cream walls create a warm, welcoming environment for you to fully enjoy good pub hospitality.
