 The Tynant
Inn is a charming country pub situated in Morganstown on the outskirts of Cardiff. Originally built in 1815 the
original facade now forms the back of the bar. It has gradually been
extended over the years to the sizeable venue it is today. Inside the
oak beams and log fires give a traditional cosy welcome on those chilly
wintry days whilst during the summer the beer garden is a lovely spot to
chill out over a drink or al fresco meal whilst the youngsters use up some
energy in the play area. Being the only pub for a few miles we have a
strong local regulars clientele as well as attracting visitors from further
afield. Food is served from a main menu to be enjoyed with a choice of
wine or real ale, if preferred. As we hold Cask Marque accreditation,
this ensures you ale is served to the highest standard. If you are
planning a private party, we have a function room for up to 25 people
seated. Come and meet everyone at this relaxed, cheerful venue soon.
