REFURBISHMENT |
We re-opened following a
refurbishment in Spring 2011. We now offer a daily changing Bistro menu.
You will find inside we have created additional dining space in our bar
/ restaurant which is decorated beautifully in creams, red, greens with
two red feature walls. There is a mixture of new seating from pew seats
to high backed chairs. We have a great selection of real ales which we
are proud to be Cask Marque accredited for. Outside we have a new pond
and our 'no smoking' patio area has new umbrellas perfect for the summer
months. Come along and see us soon. |

 The Ty Mawr
is a large destination pub set in the
middle of nowhere which was refurbished in Spring 2011. Elevated on a hill there are the most
amazing views overlooking the Severn Estuary, the city of Cardiff
and beyond. Originally an old farmhouse, the traditional
ambience has been retained with exposed beams and three open fires
which are most welcome during the winter months. Outside there
is a large beer garden where the views can be enjoyed to the full
with a drink or al fresco meal during the summer months. There is an
impressive menu with each meal being prepared from fresh, quality
ingredients including Celtic Pride Welsh beef to tempt your appetite. Complement your meal
with a choice wine or real ale and you will have an experience to
