 Situated
on the outskirts of Barry, near the Harbour you will find The
Ship. This recently refurbished, open plan Hungry Horse
venue has lovely views and part of the Harbour can be espied from the beer
garden! Popular with regulars and tourists alike we serve
traditional meals from the extensive menu and children have
their own choice. There are two plasma screens for the sports
enthusiasts to watch that all important game from anywhere in the pub. Our younger visitors have a
newly modernised in December 2007 indoor play area with new activities &
kiosk selling treats for kids. The kids can run off some energy whilst parents enjoy a chat over a drink or meal.
The Ship has overall excellent facilities including ones for the
disabled & a new baby feeding area. This means that we really are an ideal venue for the whole
