Golden Mile Inn PhotoThe Golden Mile Inn & Restaurant is a rural pub overlooking the golf course just outside the small village of Corntown.  There is easy access from the main road or motorway.  This establishment is an old farmhouse converted in 1973.  Divided into three rooms we have had a large extension to cater for our increasing popularity.  The pub is very attractive and has kept its traditional qualities with original beams.  The licensee, Roger, prides himself on the quality real ales that are served.  The pub's 42 cover restaurant is the place to choose a hearty meal from either a bar menu or a la carte in the evening.  All food dishes are of the highest quality, prepared by our very competent chef & landlady, who was the runner up of "British Meat Pub Chef of the Year 2003" and who WON the "Welsh Chef of the Year 2003"!  The Golden Mile has also won the "Best Floral Display 2002".  A visit here will always be a very memorable one and will gain your custom for years to come.
