Fox & Hounds PhotoThe Fox & Hounds is a destination food house in St Mellons, a suburb of Cardiff which is more like a village.  This pink pub is a mixture of traditional and contemporary.  It is open plan with wood beams, log stacks into the wall and comfortable seating areas.  Decorated to a high standard, this is a trouble free, female friendly venue where you can bring the whole family for a fine meal out.  We serve excellent food from a main menu and Specials board, cooked to order from fresh ingredients.  This can be enjoyed in the restaurant or al fresco during the summer, weather permitting.  We have a good range of wines to complement your meal along with real ales and other beers in the well stocked bar if you prefer.  Our clientele range from local regulars and business people who spend their lunch breaks with us during the week to couples and families who join us at the weekend, often from further afield.  Call in soon and meet the well trained staff and regulars who will all give you a very warm welcome.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
