Photo Coming SoonThe Cornwall, located in Grangetown, is modelled on the ship HMS Cornwall.  There is a deck area with ropes surrounding the bar and mirrors around the front with the bar area looking like a dance floor.  The small bar and small lounge have side entrances leading to each one.  With a nautical theme throughout this is such a welcoming venue.  Everyone knows each other at this very good locals / community pub and outsiders are made to feel welcome.  Being very community led, outings are organised from here.  The boys go off on rugby tours, golf, fishing and darts expeditions whilst the pensioners enjoy a yearly outing, Christmas meal and bingo from funds raised throughout the year from the meat raffle and bonus ball.  Good pub food is served daily, everything is freshly prepared and cooked to order.  People come from different areas as we are very popular for our Sunday lunches which have to be tasted.  With Cask Marque accreditation you can be sure of a top class real ale to accompany your meal and our standards of service and cleanliness are second to none.  Come and try us out soon.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
