The White Hart is located off Junction 21 of the M5, taking the A370 towards Bristol on the outskirts of Congresbury village. The original building, which is believed to be several hundred years old, was attached to Urchinwood Manor and used to brew beer for the estate workers as well as the manor. Nowadays the White Hart is renowned for its good food and excellent real ales. This startlingly attractive pub has beautiful hanging baskets throughout the summer months when eating al fresco in the lovely landscaped garden and sun patio is most popular. In the winter the cosy log fires take precedence!

Homemade Traditional English Fayre, all freshly prepared & cooked to order using locally sourced ingredients, served from our own main menu, lunchtime menu, pub classics, burgers & daily changing Specials menu. Children's portions can also be provided. Many of our organic vegetables are grown on our own land. The beef we serve is also from cows we have bred on the farm opposite. Our philosophy is to supply Simple, Honest Food. We use only fresh produce sourced from local suppliers wherever possible for everything from our traditional Sunday lunch to local venison with blue cheese and cranberries. Al fresco dining in the garden is popular during the summer months.
