English Ale Festival in celebration of St
George.
Come and take part in our new English Ale Festival, running
until the 28th May. As well as a number of English cask ales you
can request us to source locally brewed beers! In addition to
superb beers we have launched a newsletter with lots of helpful
information. You can also take part in our collector scheme,
whereby if you purchase 9 festival bitters you will be entered
into a free prize draw to win a limited edition glass tankard
engraved with the Festival logo. |

Park Tavern, formerly known as Cock
O' The North, is located on the outskirts of Bristol in the
Westbury Park area. A good quality locals pub, we are close to the University residential lodges and so attract students along with the regular
locals, office workers and families. Fully refurbished in May 2007,
we have more of a stylish look with dark wood and cream coloured walls,
along with a sofa to relax and enjoy a drink with friends. Popular for food,
all our dishes our freshly cooked to order, with produce sourced in the
UK. People find
our meals value for money and very good quality. To complement your meal you have an excellent
choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, as well as hot Fairtrade
beverages. For Sport enthusiasts we show all major matches on
the big screen in the main bar. Our claim to fame is
that the pub was used to film a scene of The Young Ones! If you are
