Royal Oak PhotoLocated on the High Street in Nailsea on the outskirts of Bristol you will find The Royal Oak.  This small town is associated with coal mines and glass works.  Historically the Wurzels recorded their first two albums here!  The pub has a very authentic look and very traditional values.  Outside there is a huge well maintained pub garden with its own plum trees.  During the week we are popular with shoppers and office workers who come for their lunchtime or early evening meal.  This can be eaten anywhere in the pub or outside in the garden, weather permitting.  Alternatively they may prefer to relax with friends or colleagues whilst having a drink from the well stocked bar.  Many drinks are at discounted prices!  In the evening the town is quieter and our regular clientele come to enjoy the sport on offer or take part in the weekly quiz.  On a Friday & Saturday night we are the starting point of the local pub circuit which ends up in town.  Martin and his helpful team look forward to welcoming you to this sociable pub.  See you soon.
