The creeper-clad Greyhound Inn stands in the tucked-away rural hamlet of Staple Fitzpaine.  Built in the 16th century this venue was originally a Coaching Inn overlooking the church within easy reach of Taunton, five miles away and a ten minute drive from Junction 25 of the M5.  This pretty pub has been extended over the years into a series of rambling, inter-connecting rooms providing a rustic mix of flagstone floors, old timbers and natural stone walls.
