CHANGE OF CONCEPT	We re-opened in January 2012 as a Fayre & Square family dining venue. Come and try the new menu in our very pleasant surroundings.
REFURBISHMENT	We had a full refurbishment in Spring 2010. We now have a modern neutral colour scheme with splashes of purple. The bar area has also been improved, and new sofas create a relaxed comfy seating area.

The White Horse is just a mile outside Shrewsbury in a residential area. Refurbished in 2010 and changed concept in 2012 to a Fayre & Square venue, this food house is shaped like a horseshoe with up to date, fresh decor. Being an old building though, it is not too modern and has retained a comfortable traditional feel. Our clientele is a good mix of regular locals and diners. We are particularly popular with family groups who value the relaxed friendly atmosphere, with no TVs or music to spoil a good day or evening out. Although we have no children's play area, youngsters are welcome, accompanied by dining adults. Our varied selection of Fayre & Square wholesome dishes are available every day from the main menu.
