Queens Crossing is set in a residential
area next to the Forth Road Bridge. It is a great location for strolling along the
river or crossing over the Bridge and back again in this quite historic town of Queensferry. The pub
was built in 1998
and is a good stopping off point for a meal or drink if visiting Deep Sea
World or going on a boat trip. Other local places of interest include a castle which, on
a pleasant day is lovely to walk round and there is a steam railway not far
away which the children always enjoy. We are a fairly small Brewers Fayre
decorated to the traditional theme in burgundy and cream. There is an open plan
layout along with a conservatory which overlooks the
garden. Our clientele includes many local regulars, particularly in the
evening, as well as older people popping in for their lunch. Many
business people staying at the
large Premier Inn next door also enjoy our facilities as do families from
near and far. Quality Brewers Fayre food is served at a reasonable
price from an extensive menu and the children's menu has appetizing choices
for our younger visitors. We have a small outdoor play area to keep
the youngsters amused for a while. We look forward
to seeing you soon. |
